St. Vincent and the Grenadines was represent at a quality assurance workshop in Grenada from Wednesday 26th to Friday 28th June 2019. Senior Education Officer in the Accreditation Unit Mrs. Descima Hamilton and External Evaluator from the Public Sector Reform Unit, Ms. Andrea Hazell were the two quality assurance officers who attended the workshop. It was organized by the Grenada National Accreditation Board (GNAB).
Senior Education Officer Descima Hamilton, made made a presentation on the quality assurance services offered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The workshop was held under the theme “Strengthening and Sustaining Structures and Processes for Administration of Quality Assurance in Post – Secondary Institutions in Grenada”.
The improved delivery of the services of the National Accreditation Board is one of the benefits which has been derived from the participation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the workshop.
In addition to St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Lucia and Antigua & Barbuda were invited to participate. Trinidadian Dr. Michael Bradshaw facilitated the training.
